Panda is about skilled, passionate and qualified staff.
Panda staff members are certified Child Development Assistants, Child Development Workers and Child Development Supervisors in accordance with the Alberta Day Care Staff Qualifications. All Panda employees must obtain their First Aid Certificate within six months of employment and a criminal reference check is mandatory for employment at all Panda Childcare Centres.
